Going above and beyond for customers

Best customer service experience received from a female agent in ulundi whose surname is Khumalo. Never her name but shes light skinned. Arrived there and it was extremely hot, I was sweating. She gave me time to calm down whilst assisting me, didnt rush me untill I was comfortable enough to continue. She assisted me superbly she even went as far as checking and giving me details of a policy I ddnt know I had.

You had to be there to understand how she made me feel. She delivered and gave me one of the experiences Ill never forget and this is coming from a recently retired person all the way from Nongoma coming to ulundi and receiving such.
