God bless Mathapelo Modisane

It was on the 10th June 2024 when I accompanied my mother Busisiwe Motloung of ID number: *** to the Metropolitan branch at Mall @ Carnival to check up on her policies and also activate a debit order on one of her policies which she paid via EFT since 2017 because it had apparently lapsed. I must say, we were serviced by a guardians angel by the name of Mathapelo Modisane - this lady went all out in assisting us, answering ALL of our queries presented to her, we left the office with clarity and satisfaction. Mathapelo went as far as phoning another department for further assistance. I'm commending Mathapelo because this was not the first time visiting Metropolitan (at a different branch) and we were never really assisted, we always left disappointed and dissatisfied and on more than one occasion, however, it took Mathapelo a listening ear ans willingness to help for mom and I to feel overwhelmed by her excellent and outstanding level of service. Mathapelo Modisane is an asset to Metropolitan!! Thank you is not enough, words fail us even today.
