Funeral policy not processed according to contract agreement

My husband passed away on the 14th July 2016, I lodged a claim with Metropolitan funeral plan. My claim was however not processed due to the fact that Metropolitan stated that my husbands cause of death was unnatural. This is a contradiction however because according to his death certificate it states that he died of Unnatural causes. It has been over a year since my husbands passing and i have not heard anything from Metropolitan funeral plan or received any money. It would be appreciated if my review is attended to.
