Funeral Policy not paid out after one month

Worst place ever to have a funeral policy!! My Father died on 17 August 2020. The claim was submitted on 25 August 2020. Today is 17 September 2020, no money received yet. After several phone calls and emails no pay out yet. This policy has been paid for 13 years, and still a premium was deducted after my fathers death! This is unbelievable! Isn't the standard that a funeral policy have to be paid out within 48 hours?? So one month later and nothing! Nobody should ever support Metropolitan.
