Funeral Policy Disappeared
After 26 years of being in possession of a paid up funeral policy, they now advised me that they no longer have any information about my policy on their records. No reply from their email address for queries. Is Metropolitan still in existence?

We regret to read that you were unable to obtain any policy information for the plan number you have.
Please be advised that when your Funeral Group Scheme became Paid-up at Retirement, your cover was replaced by a Fully Paid-Up policy, with a different number and the old policy moves off record.
This could be why we could not provide you with information on that policy number.
One of our Escalation Specialists will however contact you, with the replacement policy number soonest.
