Funeral cover

Hello Peter can you please help me with metropolitan life and Edcon my late mother was paying funeral cover at Jet store under the name of metropolitan when my mother passed away last year October we went to jet store to claim for the funeral they transferred us to metropolitan and metropolitan told us that my mother she doesn't have a cover we must contact Edcon when we found the guy from Edcon AVan Dieman he told me that I must submit letter of executer from court so that he will help me to get the money since last year November I've never received the money when I tried to call the phone always busy now idont understand what's happening.
