funeral claim

<p>I've took a funeral policy with metropolitan for my uncle andries oliphant. Policy nr ff ********** 54. He passed away on the 16 Sept 2016. I've took the policy out and the first deduction was on 15 March 2016 till 16 Sept 2016. I've put the claim in on 20 Sept and they've told me it will pay in 48 hours. After 3 days i called and they told me they busy with external investigation. The funeral is on 01 October 2016 can u please assist me with the matter. </p>
