Funer plan but battling to pay

I went into the PE offices as my father-in-law passed away and he had a old Saffas book. PE branch could not help and said they would send to Cape Town. No one phoned me back I had to phone and email Cape Town they said they would get back to me but 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a answer. Disgusting pathetic service
