********** policy
Metropolitan was deducting money from my payslip for a ********** policy, and they also added tombstone coverage to my policy, which I had not requested. Last month on 27 January 2022, I supp**** ID, bank statement and an affidavit as per their request, stating that they must cancel the policies and refund my money. I haven't heard from Metropolitan and since investigation take so long, they must not deduct my money for ********** policies this month. I really cannot suffer because of Metropolitan we are living in the days where every cent counts now I have to suffer because extra R400 is taken by them for ********** policies

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
We are sorry to read about the difficulties you have encountered with the unauthorized deductions.
Please note that your deduction is a Stop Order deduction, so it may take a month or two for premium deductions to cease on your salary advice.
We are in the process of investigating the matter.
Our Client Care Assessor will follow up with our Forensics investigator and revert back to you as soon as the report becomes available.
