********** Policy!!!!!!!!!

I would like to report a ********** policy taken under my name from Metropolitan that I was not even aware of. I do not even know the people covered there. I t deducts directly from my payslip. It started in December, premium is R490.00. I tried calling the Ombudsman's office and the lady advised that they do not deal with such queries.

Please advise of way forward? I'm really frustrated. want to know how she got my details and how I agreed to this policy. My ID number is.

I would like this matter to be treated with the utmost urgency.
