A policy was **********ly opened in my name. I informed metropolitan and I was required to write a affidavit stating my issue. I did so and faxed it through. I got a call from a guy who says his a broker of metropolitan and said I should retract my affidavit,I refused. I am now receiving calls from him that I must send him a affidavit and I'm not willing to do that. I need feedback and reimbur*****t
