***** & refusal of refund
My policy started in 2011 August, the premium was R159.
In 2020 January I added my father on the policy and the premium was increased to R335.
Suddenly in April to july 2021 they deducted R505.i reported this in June and I was promised that it wil b fixed.
July they deducted again R505, no communication, no documentation,.
August the 13 I realized that my policy is back to 335 but no refund of R170x4 was done.. Now another policy appears and they deducted R791. The owner of the account is Mosekhana Mahasha but they used my Persal number.it is ***** as they using my Persal number for someone else who is not me and i never authorized it.PLEASE HELP
