I realise last month that there is a deduction on my persal of 1084 which has been deducting since January 2022 which I never app**** for. When I enquired at a branch even the beneficiaries and main member are not related to me, I don't even know them I submitted the relevant documents as adviced, but yesterday when I called the head office I was told that my documents are not on the system... I need my monies ASAP as I need to buy my medication with it coz my life depends on that medicine. Please help.
