***** and delay tactics!

Metropolitican has made the passing of my brother even worst than the loss itself. He passed on October 2018, we filed a claim as he has a policy with then and has an unpaid house. We have been getting tbe run around to this date!! They simply request the same documents all the time and take forever to respond to the emails they insist on being contacted through. Whe you call, you are told you ghe case has been assigned to a specific person and only theg can provide an update. The assigned person bas yet to provide anythiiiin, anythiiing at all about the claim, they keep asking for a doctor's note, death ceritificate, all the freaking time and you send it then they request it again. Bunch of ********** who will do anything tk get out of a payment!!!
