Metropolitan Does not know what customer service is and their advisors are a *****, They opened an investment policy for me without my knowledge and know they are giving me a run around when they should refund the money that they have debited. I will cancel my current policies with them and go to another insurance company that know good customer service and knows how to take care of their customers.

We regret reading of the allegation that we have made unauthorized deductions. from you.
We take your allegations very seriously and have a zero-tolerance approach when dealing with ***** and require the following to investigate such a matter:1. an affidavit from the client confirming they never signed for the plan2. proof of the deduction3. a certified copy of the client's ID with 3 specimen signatures done on the document in the presence of the certifying commissioner of oaths4. proof of bank account details, in the event that the ***** allegation is substantiated and we need to refund premiums
