Failure to respond

<p>My father died last year and I only recently discovered that he had a funeral policy with Metropolitan. I got in touch with a certain Maria Nel, who asked me for some documentation. I sent it all to her on January 19, and have had no communication from her since then, despite numerous attemps by me. So, they're happy to take the money on a monthly basis, but clearly reluctant out pay out. Pathetic service!</p>
