Extremely poor service from Metropolitan
Extremely poor service from Metropolitan. It has been 14 days since I submitted a death claim to Metropolitan. All relevant documents were submitted on 16 March 2021 and the funeral was on 20 March 2021. To date (29/03/2021) nothing has been received.

I have not missed any payments, yet I am being penalized by for how information has been captured onto your system. I rejected a 70% offer made by Metropolitan for mistakes made by Metropolitan employees.
