I value the outstanding service I got from Nomathamsanqa Mthembu. I really appreciate the extra mile she took in making sure that my policy is in order for me and my family. I am not sure of her position within the company but she assisted me with her outmost best. I had no idea that I was over paying on my policy and company needed to refund me my money back. She made sure that she follows up with accounts department that I get a refund and even communicated with me till the end.
