Excellent service from Metropolitan Parow

I received excellent client services from Charnay Adams at the metropolitan parow branch. In august 2024 my father passed on, and with it being such a stressful situation she was able to assist me in no time, the amount of empathy and effort received from her was what made the process bearable. She truly is a gem. In the past years I've buried my mom, brother and father with my metropolitan funeral cover and I've never had any issues, in fact it was an effort less process.
