Excellent service

I have a funeral policy with Metropolitan life for my wife's parents. When my father in law passes away I contacted Samuel Losper at Metropolitan. He offered to forward me the necessary documents, which he promptly did, indicated where I have to sign, and return them. All of this was done professionally, Samuel was friendly, helpful and quick. I can honestly say that I was extremely impressed with his service. Before the church service the policy had paid out and money was in my account and I could pay the funeral service in time.
