Excellent Escalation Specialist (Issue Resolved)
Updated my rating, originally I gave Metropolitan Life, 1 Star, my case was assigned to Aletta Clarence, her interaction was courteous, transparent and informative, long story short she kept me up to date with the progress and it was resolved very fast.
Highly appreciate her assistance with my original rating
