Empty Promises

I went to metropolitan polokwane on the 08th Dec 2017 to cancell my policies after they failed to deliver their promises. The consusltant Welminah promised that i will get my refund after 8 days but up to date nothing was received even thou i have submitted all the documents requested to her. I called their offices and they said she is on leave and the policies still active even thou i have wrote a letter to confirm that i'm cancelling my funeral cover with effect from the 08th Dec 2017. I wonder if she is pushing her commisions for Dec 2017 with my hardly earned money or what? She is untrusworthy and putting her own company name to disrepute with her empty promises or failure to deliver which was the main reason i cancelled my policies in the first place. i request my money to paid into my account and cancel my policies with immidiate effect as a requested on the 08th Dec 2017. I cannot deal with unrealiable companies like metropolitan.
