Education Policy

I am unhappy about the education policy I joined at metropolitan for my child. I lost my job August 2014 and I went to borrow some of the money through on that policy at Maponya branch that was R1700. I struggled to get it had to go back twice to find out and at last I got it. I reported that i lost my job then This year February I tried to find out if I can continue since i got the job then I was told I have to fill the doctors forms which is new to me and I also to pay back the money so I didn't understand that then I wanted to know the procedure of cancelling cause then I was told that the money left I will not get it it has forfeited. I met a guy who works for metropolitan he tried and explain it to me but i didn't understand cause I still fill how can it forfeited since I was not even told from the first place i only know that I can borrow it if want too.
