my father recently passed away and his adviser from metropolitan in the east rand came to assist us with the necessary documents, she also asked for his death certificate and we gave it to her not knowing that she would give it to his collogue and they went and did the collection from sanlamsky which the collogue was a beneficiary too. at the time i didnt not know the a adviser cant claim as shes only the advisor and nothing else im putting this here and would like to know what futher steps to take
