DON'T TAKE OUT FUNERAL COVER FROM THEM!
They keep asking for documents and information, give you the run around and don't pay out legitimate claims. Yet they keep deducting off your debit order even though the people are deceased. Difficult to get them to stop. If you stop then they say the payout will not be covered. I have been trying to get payment since 2016 and one in 2017, its now 2018. If you call them you get transferred from pillar to post until you give up. Bunch of *********** fools! All sorts of excuses!
