DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH METROPOLITAN LIFE, THEY ARE A ****!!!
Metropolitan life is a ****!!!! I have been with them (Funeral Cover) for around a decade now and have never missed a premium. Now that I have lost mother I need a payout at contractually agreed upon I get the runaround, I went to one of their branches (Metropolitan akasia) to register a claim and submitted all requested documents, I have yet to receive a payout or an explanation as to why my payout has not been processed yet. Upon calling their call center I am told that my claim cannot be "picked up" in the system. Now I have to run around and investigate for myself and get to the bottom of this because no one can help me with this problem. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH METROPOLITAN LIFE, THEY ARE A ****!!!
