Displeased client

My name is Phokwane Johannah Seleke. I claimed my retirement funds from Metropolitan when I reached retirement age in September 2017. Until this day i still haven't received my payout,everything seem to be held up at the office by a gentleman by the name of George Ross. I don't think it is fair to having to wait for close to four months and still not getting my money and my life falling apart because of finances. This gentleman seems to be deliberately taking his time to pay as he no longer takes our phone calls. I am very displeased, my whole family depend on me as I am the breadwinner. It's now January and my children have to register for universities while our money has been held back. I give metropolitan 0 ratings for their services.
