dishonesty is still leading in financial industries amid the FAIS act

I had a 6 years investment with the company signed. on the 2nd year of the policy I met another consultant whom I explained that I wished to add to the premium but the problem is that according to their investment no premium increase can be made when the investment is on 5 years, he advised me that we can open a new policy with the premium I want and the convert the older investment where the invested amount will be the capital to the new investment plan. i also said i want the money with all interest after 5 years.I agreed to that.

walla the next year I discovered that the older investment plan has been partial withdrawal with restriction, which they explains that i the money is just hanging in a closed plan and is waiting for maturity of the plan. and it has not been converted. another thing is that he investment (new) is on a 15 years plan. now i called the call centre that advised me to do affidavits explaining my story, which i did and they don't have a turn around time. how bad
