Dishonest consultanst and pathetic service.

I have had a Funeral plan with Mtropolitan for years and last week I was contacted by a lady named Eunice and she told me I can can add my son and dthe premium will not incrase, I asked many times if she was sure that the premium will not increased and she said yes, she added my son and now my premium has gone up with R85. I called her the next day on Friday and told her the premium has increased as per policy documents and message and I asked her why she ****, she could not answer me and I told her to remove the child from the policy and now she is giving me the run around saying I should write a letter. This is pathetic, why must I write a letter? its your consultant whdo **** and was dishonest. I wandtb this fixed now or I will go to the Ombudsmen for not treating clients faily. I am dissapointed.
