Disgusting service
The policy no *** was just activated without my permission and deducting on my payslip from January, I called Metropolitan same month to cancel and refund. And the told me to send affidavit and payment slip. Which was done immediately its been 3 months now and they have not cancelled the policy that i never app**** for and still continue to debit my a payslip I've been communicating with them telephonically but they are still not cancel this policy.
