Disgusted by Pathetic service you provide!!!!!!
Pathetic service and staff don't know what they doing, nor does the managers. Like for a claim you say you want a declaration like what declaration NO ONE at your call center can elaborate. Really Metropolitan your service is Pathetic yet you collect a premium monthly.
