Disgusted by lack of sympathy and ubuntu by the company

I just wish there was a zero rating to be honest, last year in September a representative came to our workplace and i used the opportunity to check my policies and only to find that there was ***** committed whereby a policy was taken on my behalf by someone i do not know, i was told to send an affidavit which i did in September 2025 till to date no response has been received, now my worry is that if we give our personal information to such companies who do not care to safeguard it, where are we going ? I am disgusted by the behaviour of Metropolitan and the fact that we are not taken serious especially on issues that involve our personal information.
