Disgusted

Greetings hope all is well. I'm just appalled by the service delivery of this institution, I have an investment policy with this firm and a policy I took incase of death this was in 2013 when I retired. This policy stated that over the duration of 10 years i'll get 275K because of the high premiums I'm paying or incase of death, my family will get that amount. When it was time to get those funds as signed and agreed upon, consultants told me that someone had been withdrawing from my policy without my consent. I ended up getting 62k, when I inquire about my investment which was part of my package I got in retirement. They condescendingly told me they can't access my funds and it's against company policy to do that. Imagine it's my money! plus since 2013 the hasn't been any growth on the salary I'm getting from the investment but the premiums of the other policy the are ****ming me my money from keeps increasing. The consultants names are Ms Nondumiso and Mr Ngcobo, he even changed his number to run away from a meeting that him and I were suppose to have. Please I'm pleading with any and everyone to withdraw their funds from this institution. I'm now actively taking screen shots of every complaint and posting on all social media outlets to warn people and give them a heads up about the below par customer treatment this firm is affording.
