Delay in processing my claim

I've been trying to claim my retirement money since the beginning of September 2015. I have had to go back to the offices twice already to fill in the same forms. I do not understand the delay. I had no idea that we get sold products and good service yet when it has to be given/ proven we have to struggle so much to get back our own money. <br> <br> This is unfair for us. I am expecting to get the same level of consideration I got when I chose to go with your product. I feel like I have been **** to and I did not sign up for that.
