Defamation of character

Good day,I'm writing this review with a heavy heart,on the 4th of March 2025 my 13 year old Son committed suicide😭😭and we were left in pain and still coming to terms with the incident, after that we had to go to the police and give them a statement of what happened on that fateful day,and we did that, now we had to bury him and I had to borrow money and bury my Son,so we managed to bury him and after I had to start claim from the insurance companies and one of them is Metropolitan,so they gave me all the documents to complete and one of the documents needed is a police report,so today I decided to go and request a police report from the police and I found out from the police that a Metropolitan consultant officially called on the 1st of April 2025 to aroused suspicions surrounding the passing of my Son and they should investigate further,so I don't understand how procedures go regarding claiming and investigation from the police,but I'm not going to allow a consultant to do this to me while I'm battling to survive without my Son on a daily, so I'm kindly requesting for a recording of the consultant who made the call and defamed my character,they could have just declined the claim and I was going to understand,but now I need to take this further,these accusations cut deep and me and my family would like to remind people to do their jobs and not hurt people who are already going through the most,now I can't continue to do the police report because of the accusations made by the consultant and won't be able to pay off my debts because of someone who tarnished my name and adding salt to my injury.
