Deductions after death

My father passed on on the 9th of October, I was paying 3 of his policies as he did not work, I notified them about the policies when I made a claim under my own policy, to my surprise the deducted the 3 policies end of October and I notified Zeerust office to check on it, I also sent an email on the 30th for them to check and refund that money, surprise suprise I got billed again. This is not only incovinience but emotional abuse as I have to deal with the loss of my father all over again. It wasn’t enough that they continued to deserve my father on the 2 policies , which I was told o can’t take them over and he would never have been able to claim them as we were over 21 my brother and I. Total disregard of people’s feelings and suffering.
