Thank you for raising your concern with our office. We have also received your email of earlier this afternoon.
We always strive to serve all our clients well and value your feedback.
At the time we received your email, our Client Services Contact Centre had already drawn the refund payment on one of the policies and they are currently busy with the second policy's refund.
We acknowledge that your policies were surrendered 15 and 18 August 2015 respectively. Your deductions are however done via Stop Order.
The magnetic tape for Stop Order deductions for the month of August 2015 was already closed on 20/7/2015.
Therefore, when we processed the surrenders, we were only in time to stop them from deducting from your salary for the month of September 2015.
I will send you confirmation of the refund payments via email, as soon as they're authorized.
I trust that the above complies with your request. It was a pleasure to be of service to you.
