Debit Order Date
Good day. Please be so kind and advise as to why do you often change the debit order date ? Every month I have to deal with this incompetence .I have requested that the debit order amount should be deducted on the end of the month being the 30th or 31st . Kindly advise is my premiums up to date ? Is the debit order successfully receipt from Jan 2021 until current? Kindly send me a statement since Jan 2021. Thank you.

Thank you for your additional comments.
Banks generally wont process debit orders over weekends and public holidays. Kindly note that when your deduction date falls on a weekend or public holiday (non-business days), the debit will be processed before or after the weekend/public holiday.
