Debit order before stop order

I want to take a funeral policy with Metropolitan, I already have 3 and they are on a stop order. I filled the form online and the Mhlngabezi called me and he did a quote, the only problem is I want the premium to go off as a stop order from scratch, but he says it has to be a debit order before it becomes a stop order. please advise
