Debit order

I have been a faithful member of this policy since 2008 until current date and I have never missed a premium. On the 24 May 2017 I called your call centre to inform them that I would like to change my debit order to the 28th of each month, reason for that was change of jobs.

I have noted that you have not deducted my bank account for the month of June 2017. Today is the 5 July 2017 and I have not been notified by your guys if there is a problem. I called the call centre today spoke to Mariam Mample very rude, you need to teach your agents how to speak to clients over the phone. I must go to the bank and deposit the premium. I have never made an agreement to do such a thing.

My question is now who’s problem is this?

Someone that can speak properly with me can please call me with this regards. I will still enjoy my cover because this mess was not done by me.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What if something happens to my dependants on the policy now??????????????????????????????????????????????? this is serious

Please attend to this matter urgently.
