Death claim still not paid 4 weeks later

Hi. I submitted a claim on 02August. It’s still not paid, last week on the 18th they said it got paid on the 16th but no money has cleared. On 24Aug I called for a proof of payment, nothing has been sent to me still. I’ve called again now, still nothing. After waiting almost month for a death claim to be finalized, this is unacceptable. This puts unnecessary stress on my family during a time when we should be grieving! Appalling.
