Complaint

<p>Ive opened as i was told in 2012 a study policy for my kids for the amount of R500;in 2014 i made a withdrawel of R3000 on my policy.On 21 .11.20156 i went to the office in Stellenbosch to cancel this policy just to hear that its a savings policy and that i made a loan not a withdrawel.The lady then told me there is no cashback available as this savings policy is now paid up.I sent an email to head office where as i requested them to contact me as i want to know what is happening with all of the money ive paid since 2014 which is now R12000 roughly calculated if it is a savings isnt it my own money ;i am very upset and feel that i was ****** out of my own money</p>
