Commends Metropolitan for the efforts in assisting frustrated clients

Earlier this week I wrote a review where I was criticising Metropolitan's handling of an enquiry I had made. I want to thank Metropolitan life for receiving the constructive and professional way in which they had responded to my criticism made out of frustrations. I realised that a lot of us have little trust towards corporations and I just want to give credit where is due and applaud those who are making an effort to restore our faith in these institutions. I want to commend Beverley Kannemeyer for all her assistance and because of her dedication to assisting clients, I take back the blanket negative statements I made about Metropolitan.
