closing my account

I have an investment with metropolitan so during this pandemic wanted my account to be closed but they refused and when I visit their brances at maponya mall and Boulders mall when I say to them wana increase the amount payment they wana assist but when I said I wana close my account thye alwys say they don't have network due to loadsheeding or come with excuses.now the past months I was trying to close the account and been in conctact with them but no assist from them.
