Claims poor services

Hi its Njabulo here

I have a policy with metropolitan, apparently on Thursday the 22 of March 2018 i submitted my claim documents and as of now i haven't received any call or sms acknowledging that the documents have been received and my claim is being processed, secondly i was also advised that claim payout will be made before 48Hours but im afraid that it is has taken more than 48 hours and still has not yet paid out.
