Claims

I have 2 investments with metropolitan. I experienced a very crucial financial situation. I contacted my assistant from metropolitan for partial surrender which i was told about when opening policies. This happened on the 6th. He sent relevant documents to fill n sign i did and submitted. I have been waiting for my money until today when I call them they tell me that they returned my documents since there was some mistakes. I asked my assistant about it and he said they were rectified same time and returned. When i called them back they said they will call me....when he call them they say they are calling me they dont get me over my phone. Am stranded i even went to machonisa because i needed money for my kid at school. Please help me. I no longer want their policies ever. Moshia Mokgaetji Sonnia. Id ***5****2.
