Claim still unprocessed.

<p>On the 27th of March I lodged a claim with you guys and received no update after that. On the 4th I called your Head Office enquring about the status of the claim and I spoke to Lauren Smith who informed me that the claim has not been processed yet. Today I called in through to your Head Office again and spoke to Kgomotso Mokobe who again informed me that the claim has not yet been processed. I find this very irritating and time wasting that for so many days after lodging the claim nothing has been processed still,. No one is bothering to contact me and inform me of what's happening I have to call in everytime and be informed of the same thing each time of my claim not being processed yet. The service I am being provided by your company is really appalling.</p>
