Claim problem

Hi im hayley jantjies i had a policy for my late uncle julie Lottering it was a 3 month waiting period i went to kimberley metropolitan branch to submit the claim today they called me back to inform me my claim was declined due disclosure of medical issues i was not ask about medical conditions when i opend the policy they are also talking about waiting period but the waiting period was covered they just told me i will not receive my claim because of this the funeral is this weekend i am very disappointed because no one is willing to help me when i called they told me my policy was fine and there was no problem but now they have all these issues im struggling with them from monday.can you please assist me
