CLAIM NOT PAID OUT ITS BEEN 5 YEARS NOW
We logged a claim 5 years ago and it was not paid out. 3 weeks ago we were advised it was reinstated and on the system however no further feedback has been received.
The policy we are claiming for is ********** /3797. Aletta who as been keeping us on the loop has been on leave from the 26 Sept and will only be back on the 10 October surely someone else can assist in her absence.
Could we have feedback on the above as a matter of urgency. This has already taken 5 years.
