Claim Declined

I have a FUTURE BUILDER FUNERAL PLAN at Metropolitan for me and my wife and the policy is up to date. When we open the policy we received a contract which stated that the Stillborn child within 6month of pregnancy is covered but we were so disappointed that on 14 May 2015 we had a full term 9months stillborn child but when we made a claim in Queenstown Metropolitan decline the claim due to stillborn not covered how is that possible because the contract state that the stillborn child is covered and its only me and my wife covered but what about my future children we are so disappointed coz we had been faithful to Metropolitan for such a long time now all we get is disappointment not keeping there promises at all its just like when we were supposed to get cash back we struggle with Metropolitan no this is not right at all. We will like to hear from them either help us or make us understand before we take any further steps and claim our premiums back
